Dual-battery systems, DC-DC charging and wiring for suitable vehicle accessories. Our qualified auto electrician considers charging capacity, battery chemistry, cable size, fuse protection and voltage drop, so equipment is chosen around the actual demand and how you use it.
Installation of suitable driving lights, light bars and work lights, with attention to the existing electrical system, wiring and connections. Tell us whether the vehicle is used for regional travel or work so the equipment can be discussed in that context.
Anderson plugs, trailer connections, towing wiring and electric brake-controller installation or diagnosis. Existing connections and accessory demand can be checked before adding equipment, particularly when a caravan or trailer has been changed or a previous installation is unreliable.

Tyre condition, ratings, wear patterns and alignment matter to the finished setup. Tyre fitting, balancing and 3D wheel alignment are available, with alignment checks after relevant suspension or steering work and consideration of clearances and the vehicle's intended use.
The highest spring rating is not automatically the best choice. A work ute carrying tools every day has different needs from a touring vehicle that is heavily loaded for a few trips each year. Spring rate, shock control, accessories, axle load and everyday ride all need to be considered together.
We discuss what the vehicle carries, what it tows and where it travels before recommending components. Bushes, steering parts, wheel bearings and tyres may need attention first. After appropriate installation, ride height, clearances and wheel alignment are checked where relevant. The aim is a balanced setup that suits its job.
Adding batteries and accessories increases demand on the charging system. Our qualified auto electrician can test the existing arrangement and plan suitable charging, protection and connections before installation. That is particularly useful when a used vehicle has accumulated equipment fitted by several owners.
Total Mobile Mechanical Services is an authorised KickAss Products installer and can supply and install suitable 12V, solar, lithium, dual-battery and canopy power equipment. If the work is on the caravan's solar or house-battery system, our caravan electrical service provides the relevant workshop support.
Towing and regional travel place extra demands on the engine, transmission, brakes, cooling, tyres and electrical system. A pre-trip inspection can check for worn bearings, weak batteries, coolant leaks, aged hoses, steering play and other maintenance concerns before you invest in accessories.
Existing modifications also deserve a look. Poor wiring, mismatched suspension components, worn parts, mounting or clearance concerns can undermine a new installation. We separate repairs from optional improvements, giving you a practical order for the work.
Suspension or accessory installation does not automatically increase legal payload or towing capacity. Vehicle ratings, axle limits and any engineering or certification requirements still apply. We discuss those limits when planning the work and explain when specialist advice is needed. An upgrade should not be used to compensate for overloading or an existing mechanical fault.
Tell us the make and model, current modifications, typical load, trailer or caravan details and the kind of travel ahead. Include what is already working well and what you want to improve: handling, load support, accessory power, lighting or towing preparation.
If the vehicle already clunks, pulls, overheats or has uneven tyre wear, mention that when booking. Starting with the fault gives the upgrade a sound foundation and helps focus the budget on work the vehicle actually needs.

Suitable Terrain Tamer products can be supplied and fitted after the vehicle, load and use are assessed. The choice needs to suit the vehicle's actual work and everyday ride.
Yes. Our qualified auto electrician can plan suitable battery, charging, lighting and towing circuits together, taking the existing system and accessory demand into account.
Not automatically. Vehicle and axle ratings still apply, along with any required engineering approval. Fitting parts is not the same as certifying a change to the vehicle's limits.
Yes. We have 3D wheel-alignment capability and can check alignment where it is relevant to the suspension or steering work completed.
